How to produce sterile bags of acupuncture needle packaging materials

Generally, when packaging acupuncture needles, the available material is sterile bags, and its production is mainly:
Blowing film: First, turn on the air purification system in the workshop, and sterilize the workshop and operators to make the operating environment meet the set standard, and blow the purified polyethylene particles at a certain temperature;
Cutting: The tubular film obtained after blowing the film is cut into different sizes of film cylinders according to the size required by the customer; heat-sealing bag making: the film cylinder is sealed by a heat-sealing machine;
Vacuum packaging: The sealed sterile bags are multi-layered vacuum packaging according to a certain number;
Sterilization: Sterilize the packaged sterile bag with gamma rays to meet the sterility requirements of the product.
